I have this plant in my garden that I love. It used to have a green ants nest in it until I drowned the queen and repotted it; and it really flourished! That was in March this year.
Now... just look at it this Summer! This little shoot is a new flower beginning to bud. These flowers aren't your ordinary flowers, they are long spindles and they look strange, but are very pretty. These plants can't stand direct sunlight, but don't mind being in the dappled shade; as the the sun burns its leaves.
