It's been busy this week... and I'm glad to be home and catching up with housework.
This week, I created my own large utensil hanger and bought everything from Bunnings - and it's cost me a lot less than it would from a kitchen store and looks better too! And it matches my kitchen.
I also started work on my front garden... planning what will go into it. Bought a Draceana plant, potting mix, river stones (for the bottom of the pot) and a large river stone to add to the one out the front already... and then chose one from my garden I might use; but I think I'll get something else instead.
Yep, this week was busy indeed... oh, and the book? Well, I just love anything on the Titanic... and this book is about the man who designed the doomed ship, and when it was sinking, he abandoned it - jumping into a life boat with the woman and children - instead of going down with his 'creation'. This book is about what happened to him after he reached dry land.
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
@digitalrn Yes.. I have definitely. But I've hurt myself. My right forearm is hurting; every time I pick up and grip something, the muscle on the outside of my arm kills me... so I have to go to the doctor and see if I've got Tennis Elbow. Hope I don't; it'll take a while to heal up and I hate taking painkillers.
