I've been meaning to do this for yonks - get all my burnt, single cds without a home or cases, and other cds that don't really have a real place for me to be able to lay my hands on them quickly.
So, I went out to Big W today and bought the big cd booksleeve - which holds 200 of the darned things - for just $28. Not a bad deal if you ask me. I could toss out the little tiny ones and reuse the plastic containers for when I burn cds and they have to travel from my place to another place in my car without scratches.
