I bought a Dutch Oven from Bendigo Pottery in Victoria years ago, and only use it when it's very cold. Now, to use one of these, it takes all afternoon to cook anything in a low oven - so you're lookin' at a stew or a soup.
I made the most delicious vegetarian stew last night... and just had to share it!
