While at my friends' house, I worked on 2 paintings.
The one on the left is of a back lane in Brunswick Heads behind the IGA of a b'n'b where the odd shoes are stuck on the back fence. It's an old photo and I loved it when I took it in around 2005; and still love it now.
The one on the right is of Torakina - the local cove. It's Aboriginal land and I've been Googling for a translation with a lot of weird things coming up... one is a Japanese translation 'I do not care' - which is strange, isn't it?
Well, I'm going really well with these paintings this week.
