I was up at 6am and had the laundry on and out on the line by 8am, then I was out the door to get an ultrasound done - yep, I had to not eat anything before it.
Well, by 10:30am, I was famished! So, I was off to my favourite place locally called Simply Beans where I had a great coffee and their muesli for breakfast!
