I HATE it when Mom's right

For two years, she's wanted an iPod Touch.
Desperately.
Christmas was "magical" for her as she finally received one.
"But Mom, a lot of kids bring their iPods to school...."
Maybe. But I bet a lot of them don't keep it in their hoodie pocket instead of the ZIPPERED pocket of their skijacket when they are out playing in the snow.
The good news is she knows the area it was lost in.
The bad news is it was never found.
With a small amount of luck, someone found it and will turn it into the office Monday morning.

I took this photo to post on her Instagram acct to get the word out to her schoolmates incase they run across it.

Great felling in this - wishing for a happy ending

@dakotakid35 Thanks. Oh yes; no acting in this shot!
Unfortunately, nothing was turned in this morning. On a happy note, no one has connected it to the internet, either. We did the "Find your iPod" on it & if it gets connected, an alarm will sound and an email is sent. Kind of bummed.....I wanted to see it in action

@dakotakid35 Happy ending occured this evening. Someone was sledding by the school tonight and they found it!! It must have fallen in a place that kept it packed in snow & sheltered from the rain because the dad warmed it up, plugged it in & took a chance with a phone number in her contacts (which happened to be my cell phone).
That little kindergartner must have been surprised when he opened his "Thank You" card & there as a $50 bill in it. True to her word, she wanted to give him the reward.
