I had lunch at City Hall Cafe in Montrose today. It was such a beautiful day we decided to sit outside and enjoy Spring. This fella lives at the Montrose Village Newsstand next door to the cafe. S/he came out to visit restaurant patrons (and anyone else walking along Honolulu Ave. that would pay attention).
