I saw the Bern band at Typhoon Restaurant tonight (conveniently located by the tarmac at Santa Monica Airport). This was the view from our table.
Bern is a 12 piece funk band featuring Bernie Dresel (the drummer for the Brian Setzer Orchestra). And we closed out the night with a surprise appearance by Sir Harry Bowens of Was (Not Was).
