250ISO and 1/8 seconds gives indeed a better result than your other monument photo. This one is sharp and well exposed. Only the statue could use some extra (flash?) light.
@djepie Thank you so much for the feedback - I really appreciate them!. I am in the stage of "playing" with the settings to see what they do (in the past it was all auto). I am fairly new at photography so I am trying to learn all I can. I agree a flash would have worked better - in this shot I was trying to see what the results would be without one.. I brought the tripod but left it in the vehicle so I had too many shaky shots - the freezing temperatures without gloves didn't help either! I
@swilde@johnnyfrs@sabanford Thank you for your comments! It was so cold outside & I was trying to get some shots but felt too cold to make a lot of adjustments.
