So it's winter & everything is covered in snow. I didn't want to use a past pic so what did I do - take pictures in the store in the flower section. Anyone else ever do that?
Brave girl! And beautiful, beautiful shot...the PoV and the colors are just wonderful... especially in light of the dreariness of melting snow we are having here!
The warm tones of the petals are very attractive. Pretty shot! (I'm terribly shy about using my camera in public and, even when I'm taking pictures in the botanic gardens, I usually wait until no one's around.)
Nope, never done that! Although I wouldn't really be caught in a flower shop...not to late to start? Hmm, I'll think about that one hehe. Lovely shot, lighting and composition!

They said sure no problem, so I kept taking pictures. I just needed the colorful pick me up in the midst of winter. Ade I'm sure the produce department would make some great shots too.
Happy floral colors on your link here! Yes- I do take shots of the flowers. I have also taken pictures of the vegetables, cheeses in the deli section, light bulbs, toys and aisle shots in general. I can just imagine the conversation between the guys who watch the security monitors. "That crazy lady is taking pictures again." "Oh, she's in the produce section today." " What's so interesting about artichokes?" "Got me!"
