This is a mint portrait when you get close, I was a little confused as to why you would pick this location whilst viewing the thumbnail but once you look at a larger version then that question is no longer applicable.
Beautiful portrait of a beautiful daughter Kathy! The composition is okay, and the color of the shirt is also one of the colors in the background forest. If I may give some constructive criticism, in my humble opinion it's just too overphotoshopped. I understand you want to get all focus on your handsome daughter, but when you do this by softening all other parts of the photo + desaturate the entire field she sits in, it gets the effect of a very sharp photo that has been photoshopped as a special layer between two layers of an other photo. So for me, the photo is great but the editing doesn't get the most out of it. Of course this is my personal opinion and for sure not meant rude; as you read in the other comments, most people just think it's okay! (As always you're welcome to send me the photo by e-mail for an alternative processing, but that's up to you.)
