Thank you so much Katy. I use Lightroom and Photoshop. This wasn't heavy photo-shopped though. I do frequency separation just a touch and add a touch of smoothing but not a lot. In Lightroom I bring up the shadows and lower the highlights. I also play a little with the different greens, yellows & blues on the slider in Lightroom.
