I really like this color version a lot but I think the B&W is a better choice for the artistic effect you may be looking for

Such a beautiful picture. The little one is precious and the mom so proud of her. The color version is good for the skin tone and has a warmer emotional appeal. But the black and white is good too- a different feeling but just as good!
