I just snapped this today as I saw the couple walking into the trees and thought it looked 'picture perfect'! I love the way her red coat contrasts with the rest of the shot :]
A lot of you were asking how I got bored with all this scenery... I am especially bad at 'doing nothing' or 'chilling out' or 'having a break' and tbh, there's only so many pictures you can take of mountains, and only so much you can swim, cook and food shop before it gets a little tiring :p The scenery is amazing, but there isn't really anywhere to go...
I did some more swimming today and then I went on a walk to plagne centre, which wasn't very exciting. I thought there might at least be something there but apparently not. It was so snowy this morning, I still went to the shops in my pjamas, French people probably think I'm odd :p
Lovely shot Naomi. I have thought about it since I last commented and I do get where you are coming from. I think it would be great to just sit and look at the view but in reality you can't do it for too long.
Wow, Naomi, this is absolutely beautiful! A fav! When part of your vacation involves working, that can be a little taxing. Enjoy your swims, and soak in the scenery as a memory for later.
I love the catch of that couple, but I know just what you mean about the gorgeous views. I've been suffering from the same problem in my 365 project. I live in a place where people come for vacations and it is beautiful, but how many sunsets over the beach shots can you take?
I can definitely relate to not being able to enjoy "nothing" for long, I am the same way. Sorry to hear it's such a quiet town with not much going on.
