I think everyone feels like this at some point. I'm not sleeping well at the moment, but lying there at night, completely flat, with some gentle music on, breathing, is at least calming :]

Ahh well i'm not sleeping to welll but thats because its cooler weather and Collin my cat sleeps on top of me..wishing you well for the rest of this week.
