Been at work today. Struggling to recover from the weekend, I'm shattered! I think I've been working my body too hard. However, I did go on a really good run earlier, 5k in 30mins half way back to where I was this time just over a year ago! Think I'm going to sign up for the Great North Run next year for Martin House :)

And I read your blog and I love your pov there also. Let me just say that as a 62 year old volunteer it is the best thing that I do. It brings fulfillment in undreamed of ways. I benefit more emotionally and spiritually than those that I volunteer for. I have done Pet Therapy at a major hospital and now run a non profit for mothers your age that can't afford clothes and diapers.
