I went to an involvement training session today. It was good but omdaysss one of the guys there was so annoying! Also, I think I already knew most of it to be honest. Went to Mum's work before and after though which was fun because her colleagues are lovely and they're doing the great british bake off this week for comic relief and they liked my cheescake :)
