Most of my intake at the moment is through fortisips but I was really struggling with the compact ones so I'm now mixing up having compact ones and not compact ones. Gives a bit more variety in flavour too bc all the compact ones I have are vanilla :')
The artist in me sees lovely jars of paint! The "Mom" in me sees just what my friend here needs to stay healthy! I wish I could give you just half of my appetite! Ken makes me fruit smoothies in the mornings, and they're a lovely way to start the day. I'd love to share one with you, Naomi. I'm proud of you that you're trying and going in the right direction!
