I woke up to a phone call this morning but felt horrific so went back to bed and slept for half of the day. Been feeling fragile all day so spent the majority of it under a blanket doing some crafting.
Got mysecret santa Valentines Day gift sent off though. Also had the most amazing post from my friend ❤
Intrusive thoughts have been awful since I stopped crafting and my head is being a plonker so just need to survive until bedtime. I'm sick of this. I am so tired. My body is so tired. I can't give it what it needs, my head won't let me. I'm trapped.
oh what I would give for a half day lay in under a snuggly blanket. Im guessing your struggles make it difficult to enjoy the experience, but try to take a moment to appreciate it :) It's he simple things in life that bring the most joy.
