Even though it's grey and rainy, the flowers are still pretty.
I went to the GP this morning and eurgh. Some stuff was good, but I failed the squat test and my blood pressure went splat when I stood up so she wouldn't let me leave until I'd drank water and it improved. Basically, my legs keep not working and it's probably a combination of anorexia, and depression (due to spending so much of the last few months sat down). Exercise might improve them but I can't exercise because my intake isn't high enough. So it's all a bit crap really and I'm just hoping they start working again soon.
Also, L suggested I listen to this and I thought it was really good: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b08hl8tr she talks really openly about depression, and then another level of depression, which I relate to a huge amount.
I see many signs of hope and improvement! Happiness in your title is a great sign, a pretty and colourful photo is a great sign, hope for exercise and a meaningful source of information are great signs too! And I like your photo!
