When the blackness creeps its way back in, it's the slices of normality, the breathers from my head, which are so so so important.
Had a lovely day with Kate dying her hair and re-highlighting mine. It's been a lovely day (and the sun is shining!) and I'm hopeing the re-highlights help me feel better about myself. It's the little things.
