I love salted caramel!! I would pick ice cream over mulch any day! Good luck with all that mulching.

I'm sure the ice-cream makes a much more appetising photo. Mmmm. Makes me feel like one now too, especially in this heat! We are 35 C at the moment, and humid as well.

Looks good and sounds interesting - never tasted salted caramel icecream. Mulching my small garden two years ago was the best gardening success ever - less work, watering and no weeds.
