Such a familiar sight - I grew up with Jacaranda trees, and avenues of jacarandas in town. So pretty. I love how you have looked up into the tree. Reminds me so much of my childhood lying on the lawn looking up like this.

@narayani Jacaranda's are plentiful in many parts of South Africa and Rhodesia where I grew up, but I believe they are actually native to the central and northern parts of South America
