Burnishing

The difference between burnished and not burnished...it gets so shiny... and so smooth. (How I spent my afternoon - there were 9 of them)

I bet that takes a while to do. I like the smooth and shiny look!

@beckyk365 it does, but I find it quite relaxing. I think it's part of what makes raku and pitfired work so special...they get held and caressed pre firing, and then some more with the waxing and polishing after firing 😊
