Agree with Becky. Are the leaves there to add colour to the photo, or are they there for inspiration and shape in your carving?

@seacreature @beckyk365 Thank you both. I would never have considered this a “still life”! I cheat with the leaves - I trace around them and use them in some of my designs.

@narayani there’s something about the lighting and casual placement of the tools that feels like a still life to me.
