Or maybe half? I’m making a concerted effort to have each meal 1/2 to 2/3 vegies. Forget that photo of the pancakes! 😂

@beckyk365 You’ve been looking carefully! Seaweed 😊🥗 simmered in a little water and soya sauce, then topped with roasted sunflower seeds and pepitas ...delicious!

That looks really, really delicious. You are an inspiration. Perhaps if I learn to make my greens look so good I can also eat more healthily, as I ought to be doing

@seacreature It’s so easy to do but I really struggle to do it for myself. I would tend to snack on cheese and crackers and forget about a meal. I like my naturopath’s attitude of “just slice up a tomato and a handful of something green” to whatever you’d normally have. It made it much more do-able!
