A friend of mine who is a doula, lent me this book - full of really good practical advice - and Jaimie has also asked me to read about hypnobirthing.

@beckyk365 I feel so honoured Becky! I’d never heard of hypnobirthing either, but I think it’s all about special breathing techniques. The midwives in the birthing centre are on board with it so Jaimie and Sean were really happy.
