My wife and I love salmon too. A few years ago a husband and wife opened a shop in a neighboring town called, Great Depths, selling fresh seafood. That's where we get our salmon.
Love salmon. We get ours from the local farmers’ market. The fisherman bring it in the morning before from Bodega Bay. But they try to control over fishing so it’s not always available, which is a good think in my opinion. I love the textures you have captured.
