Waiting at the station

For b and w fortnight light and shadows. I'm not sure if its all a bit busy but I liked the reflections in the window. For mentoring group as well. Which do you prefer? This one or the colour version? Thanks for all comments yesterday. Helpful and thoughtful as always.

Just like Rachel's, I prefer this b&w version. I think this one has more enhanced details and reflections.

I prefer this one!! Can you believe it?

I like the definition of this one in b&w. I feel the colours in the other shot are maybe a bit harsh/dark and the framing adds to that feeling. Like the reflections in this and the emphasis for me falls very much on the people.

@onlyme111 hehehehe after my week of B&W, I'm trying more and more to see the beauty in B&W! I still prefer colour, but this one is MUCH better in B&W :)

@newbank LOL LOL you are too cheeky!

Funny I like this one too best.......I think the colour version distracts & the colours aren't as pretty on this one so you aren't losing as much.

I like this one for the shapes and lines and the clear reflections. And you know me, b&w tends to get my vote most of the time.

I like this in B&W best Ruth as you are able to see much more detail and are not distracted by the busy colours. I can see the people better in this shot which I like.

This is good.

Definitely prefer this one. The glare on the windows on the colour version is a bit distracting, but in the b&w it isn't noticible it just forms shadows. Also the people stand out more in the b&w too.

I think the reflections are more pronounced in the b/w. Less colour is better. That's my vote.

Very nice composition and love the b&w....also the reflections. Thanks for the follow and following back.

Love the b&w, I agree the reflections are better. Great candid shot.

Works well in B&W.

the black and white simplifies so you can get away with busier scenes - it's why I usually prefer b&w for street shots

I like both, but have a preference for the coloured one. I like the warmth and richness of the colours. But it works well both ways, i think.
