We had some very yummy cupcakes for tea. My boys are getting good at baking now!
Wonderful helper...Love the tile backsplash...Pretty blues.

Now this would have been far more interesting if he had switched the mixer on while out of the bowl. A little messy I grant you .... :-) great shot. My lad still enjoys baking aged 18.

Love this! Involve them whilst they are young and enthusiastic I say because it will pay off in the long run. I was just looking back at some old pics of my children and I have a shot very much like this of my son at a similar age. Now he is 18 and I have loved that the past couple of years when he has been home from school that he has been cooking for us, he really enjoys it, especially when he has friends over for supper and they did not believe he cooked until they saw him do it.

@happypat funny you say that. Half an hour ago when cuddling in bed i asked what hed like to do for work when he was a grown up. He said make cakes. Cakes are on the agenda again for our thursday day together.
