Such a clever image... I despise Brussel sprouts. I tried them again last Christmas because I thought I was hanging on to a childhood fear. I figured they deserved another try. I hated them just as much as I could remember. I vowed to never eat another!!
@kwind They weren't off a supermarket shelf, sealed in a plastic bag were they? Guaranteed to make them taste off. Don't rule out the possibility of having some freshly picked and not packaged or frozen.
