Took a walk to the lambs in a field near us. Never taken walking for granted before. When my POTS is bad it's exhausting to walk far. Yesterday the walk to the field wasn't hard but the lambs were hiding away at the top of the field. Today there were lambs but the walk was very tiring.
Good to get out…..you’re right walking is a pleasure not available to many. I find it painful too sometimes as I have an inflamed tendon in my hip but I plough through it as best I can. You would feel thankful here for country views & new life.
