As we were walking to The Stranglers concert I was taking some photos in the street. Then, quite randomly, the tall woman in this photo stopped me and asked me to take their photo. I thought she wanted a photo of them together using her phone but she actually wanted me to use my camera. I thought they must be tourists so asked for her email address to send her a copy but after some talking at cross purposes I got the impression she thought I was a tourist, hence having a camera. Although I didn't quite get to the bottom of it because our conversation was so confusing, I think she was offering for me to take a photo of the Auckland street with them as models in the middle of it. If that was her intention it didn't quite work out because I focused on them, rather than the wider street, thinking the photo was going to be for them. Quite a weird experience anyway.
