We almost had an official heatwave this week but today was slightly cooler so it wasn't above average hot for quite enough days. This is SOOC and taken in the middle of a very sunny day. I took it for Flash of Red February. I'm going to try and attempt to complete the whole month in b&w with the pop of red on the 14th because I've got out of the habit of taking a photo every day. It was taken when I went to the airport to pick up my hubby and younger daughter who were coming home after a few weeks' visiting family and friends in the UK. They left our eldest daughter there who is going to stay for a year or two to work and travel in Europe as much as she can.
