I'm still on the hunt for a suitable impressionism shot. This is one I took while I was out very locally trying to find some suitable trees to shoot. I liked this photo even though it's not suitable for my assignment.

I had to be careful not to overdo the movement. @rickster549 Thanks Rick. @cjphoto Yep, we get lovely autumn colours on these trees. I liked the light too but the flares were what made the shot unsuitable for my assignment. @casablanca Thanks. ICM = Intentional Camera Movement. You use a slow shutter speed and move the camera a little bit while taking the shot. Mostly people go up and/or down for trees, but I tried other movements too, like diagonal, circles and wiggles. Fun to try all different things to see what the results are.
