Silvereye by nickspicsnz

Silvereye

This little silvereye (also known as a wax-eye) was flitting around feeding on the mahonia bush flowers. I was shooting through the car window into the setting sun in the late afternoon, so the pic isn't very good.
You did well to capture it

What a sweet bird and shooting through the window in low light? Good that you caught this much, well done

It looks like it's stretching just beyond its reach. The lighting is lovely and subtle.

This is brilliant especially considering the circumstances.
