Another from my early morning visit to the Balloons over Waikato festival. The fog rose before most balloons could take off and they had to wait half an hour until it dissipated. This tiger was one that managed to take off beforehand. There were a couple of these special shape balloons which apparently cost about 100,000 NZD to buy (according to the Q&A session they had going over the PA system).
