I like this view, it's from the top of the hill near us down over the village of Crondall, which is what is left of the Hundred of Crondall referred to in the Domesday Book of 1086. Older residents pronounce it "Crundell" and look a bit down their noses at the newbies, that pronounce the "o".
This is the view en route to our Sunday morning golf antics, I will take it again if the sun ever comes out, this is sunset territory in the summer!
Anyway this is a shot for yesterday's Monochrome/Black and White word for yesterday. 365 has slipped a bit; work, stuff and oh the heating's broken!! So, must now go and take today's shot, and get back on track!!
@danielwsc My daughter is distinctly unimpressed with golf so far, bearing in mind she's had most of her lessons in below freezing temperatures! This morning she asked me when the golf season ended, I think she thought it was like football and she'd get the summer off!!
Winter season golf; lol! I don't know if people come to like golf after a while; I think it either obsesses you or leaves you completely cold. I hope I'm wrong and you have many wonderful rounds with your daughter.
the village looks quite cozy and the haze in the distance really sets it off
cold weather golf is hard core
Thank you, let's hope it improves from here!!
