B&W Urban Abstract by nicolaeastwood

B&W Urban Abstract

Kali challenged me to shoot a B&W Urban Abstract in the style of Aaron Siskind, following the recent Artist Challenge.

Rather oddly I already had this in the camera from yesterday's London meet up. It's not actually an abstract but it reminds me of some of the pictures on the link that Kali sent me.

I was under the Millennium Bridge, looking up through the metal grid. Not sure if it breaks all the rules to use a picture that you'd technically taken before the challenge was issued, although it was the same day!

Will attempt to take another one this week, this subject has my mind racing......
@kali66.....will try more....I have a certain multi-storey car park in mind in town which I think might be very helpful!! :0)

Great capture - you have to grab opportunities when they arise or you always regret it later

precognition? lol, great shot, but I can't help thinking I wouldn't want to walk over this bridge in a skirt! I am glad you have got lots of inspiration from the challenge to run with, look forward to what you come up with , with intention.
