Fascinating talk at school on screen time for teens.
This is a cheat photo really but I was struck by the total amount of time that we all spend on screens if you add in pc and tv time.
Lots of good stuff came out of this talk - connectivity can be great, it’s important that our teens understand the good and bad sides of it. Sometimes let’s all put down these devices and communicate face to face or go for a walk or do some gardening.....
When my statistics pop up I’m thoroughly ashamed but I don’t think it’s out of the ordinary but to see it in black & white is rather disturbing ......I blame 365,
