Yorkshire Puddings

I made Silverside for dinner tonight. As it was cooking I did the ironing. As I was ironing the thought of having Yorkshire Puddings with our dinner popped into my mind.

Now I know traditionally you don’t have them with Silverside but I can say they were delicious and the perfect finishing touch. I took this photo before taking them out of the oven. (I also used Jamie Oliver’s recipe)

In Yorkshire, they have Yorkshire Puddings with almost anything, so I wouldn't worry. They look delicious.
