It is a glorious day today and as I am working in the office this week I took the opportunity to go for a walk at lunchtime.
I work in a building behind the National Museum which is in the top left of the photo.
I managed a quick 4km walk and realised I should have worn a hat. Combined with with my 3.5km walk with Buster first thing this morning I have well and truly surpassed my 10,000 steps today and it isn’t even 1.30pm.
