@ethelperry - these are the ingredients to make the gravy. You cook them in the oven for an hour and then on top of the stove with port and stock. It takes about two hours. It is now in the freezer and I just need to reheat it on Christmas Day
Just had a read through of the recipe and bloody hell, that looks like a lot of work to get some gravy - and I love my gravy more than just abut anyone.
