The Cirque de Moureze hides between the Orb and Herault valleys, on the south side of the Liausson mountain. This vast jumble of dolomitic rocks criss-crossed by footpaths forms a magnificent natural amphitheatre covering over 840 acres. At 30C it was hot work walking around and difficult to photograph the scale of the site.
