Heads in a cloud

Well this is different - Sculptor Luk Van Soom leaves his mark on the Brussels skyline with monumental cloud in aluminium... supported by three pairs of bronze legs, each 2.5 meters high, a temporary exhibit opposite the Courts of Justice.
