"BUT"... it can often result in not getting things out the door... this has been a struggle for me at work for years... as a perfectionist, i don't want to put something out that isn't perfect... as a manager, i know that at some point, i have to tell staff that enough is enough, and that 95% perfect is going to have to be good enough...
