@jyokota tx Junko... it's a pretty basic levitation shot... one shot of me standing on a stool, and one of the empty room... put together in photoshop and mask out the stool... the really tricky bit was trying to get my feet on the angle... i kept losing my balance and tipping over... a ballerina i am NOT!!!!
Very real - I did think you had a stool but the angle of your feet didn't seem to go with this idea! Strung up by a balloon! Must be a good yoga idea! fav
I want to try this! Have for a long time. I don't have PS, so have to do it in GIMP. I use it so rarely, I forget how to do the "clone out" thing, but I have done it before...to make a Multiple Me shot. You have inspired me to try a levitation shot. Well, if I want to show my ugly old self in a photo...that might break my camera. Congrats on being a finalist in theme-balloons! I voted for yours!
@northy Well, I LIKE it. This website is not really for the "quirky" ..just look at the PP. People just have to do what they want and not worry about recognition. I mean, I still keep sticking bugs and spiders in people's faces..even when they say "EEEW! " I have great friends on here though. They usually say "ewww! But it is technically a great photo." or something like that. Bless them for not unfollowing me. You never know if you are going to get a minion or a bug/spider
@espyetta true enough :) and i'm not really fussed about whether the images appeal or not... just endlessly fascinated by what appeals and what doesn't!
@northy Well, you and me both. You and me both. I mean, I have fav-ed a FEW flower pics in my time here...you could count on one hand though. I even posted a few flower pics..when My neighbors invite me over and ask me to shoot their flowers. Flowers and babies just don't appeal to me.
This is great! Yes, the feet are the hard part, but your look pretty good. It is hard to make them look like they are dangling when you have to stand on them. LOL Thanks for sharing! I just love your work, always so creative! this is a FAV for sure!
