this is for my other push this week... set by Jan (@macromover)... she challenged me to create an unusual water crown...
soooooo... i set the kitchen tap to drip over a plastic ice cube that was sitting atop an upside down wine glass... shot with my macro lens... processed in lightroom and inverted in photoshop...
i did get a couple slightly better crowns, but kinda preferred this rather disreputable looking one :)
(might look good on black... or, y'know... maybe not!)
have you had a chance to do night scapes? dying to but damn the cold putting a damper on whatever scintilla of a phojo i have! if you want to go anytime anywhere, just give me fair warning and i'll come with you. stay warm, kiddo.
This is great Northy. Sorry I have only just seen it. Really clever. I am so sorry. I fully intended to try to meet the challenge you set me but completely forgot. I will work on it but it isn't going to be in time for this week's challenge. How did you do this crown? It is really effective! Fav
Sorry, I completely missed the detail in the description as was busy looking at how you had done the shot. Very creative and well done for meeting the challenge.
