quintessential winter in Toronto.. the cycle goes like this... snow... thaw... freeze over... thaw... freeze over... thaw... snow...
during the thaws the snow melts and mostly dribbles away, leaving only a sliver of water to freeze over and create a skating rink... or you know, drop down from the overpass to form icicles ;p
